Plenty of space for your products: With 506 m², our shop space is 2.5. one of the largest store units in the stilwerk Hamburg and is therefore ideal for large-format brand presentations. Of course, the area can be designed individually and thus optimally adapts to individual requirements. It is located on the 2nd floor of the industrial monument and, like all areas, impresses with its unique, historical charm, in which old and new harmonize wonderfully.
To the building
The large malthouse building was built in 1907 on the site of the former Dolck brewery. Its brick facade is characterized by magnificent cornices, blind arches and decorative bands. During the renovation, the building was gutted and today the glass-roofed entrance hall, which extends through all floors, connects the preserved and newly built components. The floors are structured as surrounding wall galleries. Rental of showroom, retail and office space is possible for various terms.
