Preliminary remark

The landlord has been commissioned by the owner to manage and administer the stilwerk Hamburg property, Große Elbstraße 68, 22767 Hamburg. In addition to organizing special events, his responsibilities include renting out special areas and display cases in his own name. In this context, the parties agree as follows:

§ 1

Rental property

The landlord provides the tenant with a glass display case measuring 1.79m x 0.80m in stilwerk Hamburg.

§ 2

Rental purpose

The rental is for exhibition purposes. The specific decoration of the rental property must comply with the stilwerk concept and must be agreed upon in advance with the landlord.

§ 3

Rental period

The term of the rental agreement is specified in the respective offer/invoice. Either party may terminate the rental agreement in writing with two weeks' notice to the end of the quarter.

§ 4

Remuneration

The final payment to be paid is specified in the respective offer/invoice. The fee is payable in advance in a lump sum for the entire fixed term at the beginning of the tenancy, and then, in the event of a continuation, quarterly in advance upon receipt of the invoice.

§ 5

Liability

The tenant is liable to the landlord for all damage to the display case caused by him or his vicarious agents. Existing defects: crooked top panel and incomplete feet.

§ 6

Other agreements

The landlord has secured each display case with a lock. The tenant will receive a key from the reception team on the ground floor on the first business day after the start of the rental period. The keys must be returned no later than the last business day of the rental period.

To ensure a seamless transition, the landlord will, upon request, provide the tenant with the previous tenant's telephone number before the start of the rental period.

The display case must be kept clean during the rental period and returned clean inside at the end of the rental period. The landlord is responsible for cleaning the exterior.
