In one of Hamburg's last industrial monuments, a curated portfolio of premium brands provides a holistic design service - from the kitchen to the office, for private customers as well as for professionals. 28 separate areas for exclusive showrooms and offices with sizes of 60-600m² in a unique environment offer a wide range of rental options.
Our shop area 2.6 is on the 2nd floor of the industrial monument. The light-flooded space can be freely designed and offers a wonderful view of the Elbe.
To the building
The large malthouse building was built in 1907 on the site of the former Dolck brewery. Its brick facade is characterized by magnificent cornices, blind arches and decorative bands. During the renovation, the building was gutted and today the glass-roofed entrance hall, which extends through all floors, connects the preserved and newly built components. The floors are structured as surrounding wall galleries. Rental of showroom, retail and office space is possible for various terms.
