About the building
The historic malt house was built in 1907 on the site of the former Dolck Brewery. Its brick façade features decorative cornices, blind arches and ornamental bands. During renovation, the structure was completely gutted; today, a glass-covered atrium spanning all floors connects the preserved and newly created architectural elements. The floors are designed as surrounding wall galleries, and the former vaulted cellar now houses a high-quality restaurant. The diverse spatial configurations allow for showroom, retail and office rentals in various sizes and durations.
