About the Building

The large malt house was constructed in 1907 on the site of the former Dolck Brewery. Its brick façade is characterised by decorative cornices, blind arches and ornamental bands.
During refurbishment, the building was completely stripped back; today, a glass-covered atrium extending across all floors connects preserved and newly added elements.
Each storey is designed as a surrounding gallery, and the original vaulted cellar now houses a high-quality restaurant.

Thanks to the diverse layout of the building, showroom, retail and office spaces in various sizes and rental periods are available.
