About the building
The large malt house was built in 1907 on the site of the former Dolck Brewery. Its brick façade features decorative cornices, blind arches and ornamental bands. During refurbishment, the structure was completely stripped back; today, a glass-roofed atrium spanning all floors connects preserved and newly added architectural elements. The storeys are designed as surrounding gallery walkways, and the original vaulted cellar now houses a high-quality restaurant.
Thanks to the varied layout of the building, showroom, retail and office spaces in different sizes and rental periods are available. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
